Privacy policy

This policy explains ETC Connect’s skills, its evidence service preview, these product pages, and support communications with EIOX LLC.

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Who provides ETC Connect

ETC Connect is published by EIOX LLC under the Expanding the Culture brand. Contact eoscar@eiox.org for questions about this policy or a privacy request.

This policy covers the ETC Connect skills, the ETC Evidence service preview, and the ETC Connect pages at eiox.org. It does not replace the privacy policies of ChatGPT, Codex, or services you separately choose to connect.

When you use the skills

The 18 skills contain workflow instructions and supporting assets. Installing them does not itself give EIOX access to your chat history, project files, or connected accounts. Sending inputs to the separate hosted evidence tools does transmit those inputs as described below.

The assistant may use content you supply and tools you authorize while following a skill. Your host platform and any separately connected services process that content under their own policies and settings. A skill does not bypass those access controls.

When you use the evidence service preview

The hosted tools receive the inputs sent in each call: source text and quotations, page/line/item totals and declared review ranges, or source text and requested corrections. The service processes those inputs to return matching results, coverage gaps, or original and revised text. Only send material you are authorized to share with the service.

The service runs on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Its application code processes inputs in memory for the response. It does not use a database or file storage, make outgoing network requests to other services, or write input payloads to application logs. It does not fetch your documents, save the returned correction to a file, or remember content between calls.

Sites manages platform-level connection and authentication. The evidence application does not use account identity or create user profiles. The result is returned to the caller, which may be an assistant or the preview website. Your host platform may retain tool calls and results under its own policies and settings.

These application-level practices are not a promise that hosting providers keep no logs. Providers may process technical, operational, and security information to run and protect the service, and apply their own retention practices. EIOX has not set a separate retention schedule for provider-managed records.

The preview website’s example buttons run only the fixed fictional samples shown on the page. The browser sends the selected example identifier, and the server runs that predefined sample. There is no field for personal text.

When you visit these pages

The ETC Connect pages at eiox.org provide product, support, and policy information. They do not contain a contact form, account registration, or added analytics or advertising scripts. The separate evidence preview website includes the sample tool calls described above.

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information, request time, and requested page, to deliver and protect the site. Their handling of this information is governed by their applicable policies and service arrangements.

When you contact support

If you email us, EIOX and its email provider receive your email address, message, and any attachments you send. We use the information to understand and respond to your request and maintain the correspondence needed to handle it.

Please avoid sending credentials or unnecessary private material. You may ask about access, correction, or deletion of information in your support correspondence by emailing eoscar@eiox.org. We will consider your request in light of the information we hold and applicable requirements. We retain support correspondence indefinitely. Hosting providers apply their own retention practices to hosting records.

Your choices

You choose the content you share with your assistant, send to the evidence tools, and provide to services you connect. Review the host platform’s permissions, history, and privacy settings to manage that information. Removing a skill is separate from deleting data held by a platform or service.

For information held by EIOX through support communications, contact us directly. For information held by another provider, contact that provider or use its privacy controls.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when the scope or data handling described here changes. The date above identifies this version.
